4-axis CNC milling and 5-axis CNC turning supporting small batches and production runs.
Precise drilling, tapping, countersinking, and milling for outsourcing fabrication shops.
One-off parts for prototypes, hobbyists, and repairs.
CAD and engineering support for parts that don't have a drawing.
Yes. A single replacement part is as welcome as a thousand-piece order. Plenty of work here starts as one prototype and turns into a repeat run later.
Both. Most of our customers are businesses, but we also take on personal projects like hobby builds and custom parts for something you're fixing up. If it fits on our machines, we'll talk.
No. Drawings and 3D CAD files are ideal, but a hand sketch with dimensions works too, and so does a photo and a phone call. We can handle the design legwork between your idea and a machinable part.
Yes, and it can be cheaper than replacing them. We rebuild and modify worn or damaged parts and assemblies. A lot of that work comes from farms, transport fleets, and industrial plants around the valley.
Yes. We build welded assemblies in-house and re-machine them after welding. For weldments that have structural or pressure rated CSA requirements, we work with our trusted outside partners who specialize in those processes.
Yes. Parts can be delivered anodized, powder coated, painted, or with other finishes. Depending on the requirements we either finish in-house (bead blasting and tumbling) or through trusted outside partners, but either way you deal with us and get a finished part.
Rush work is part of the business. Expedited lead times are common here, including overnight turnaround when a machine is down and you need it running again. Tell us the deadline and we'll be straight with you about whether we can hit it, as this depends heavily on the work required and our current backlog. Keep in mind the more flexible you can be with your timeline, the more flexible we can be with our pricing.
It depends on the part. Material, tolerances, quantity, setup time, finishes, and lead time all move the number, so a simple bracket and a tight-tolerance aerospace fitting are different animals. Quoting costs you nothing, so the fastest answer is to send us what you've got.
We can come to you, or you can come to us. We can arrange pickup/delivery across the Lower Mainland including: Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, Langley, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, and elsewhere nearby. You can also drop off and collect parts at our Chilliwack facility (by appointment only). For everything else we arrange freight or shipping (available across Canada and internationally).
Send the details through our quote request form or call (778) 819‑8847. Attach whatever you have and we'll come back with questions or a number, usually within a few hours.
